To attract and retain customers, banks are expected to offer more than just good rates. They’re also expected to meet their customers’ needs whenever and wherever they are—by offering convenience, advanced digital tools and top-notch customer service. Suffice it to say, some banks are doing this better than others.

To find out which banks in 33 countries are consistently rated well by their customers, Forbes is partnering with market research firm Statista for the sixth year in a row to rank the World’s Best Banks.
