Babcock International Group said it has signed a 750 million-pound ($916.9 million) infrastructure contract with the U.K.’s defense department.

The engineering company, a major contractor for the U.K. government, said Friday that it will deliver infrastructure to the Submarine Delivery Agency aimed at supporting the Royal Navy and the U.K.’s nuclear deterrent.

“This investment will ensure that we are able to continue to deliver the complex maintenance and life-extension programs we undertake to ensure our Royal Navy can continue to go to sea safely,” Chief Executive David Lockwood said.

Shares at 1205 GMT were up 0.20 pence, or 0.05%, at 402.20 pence.
